OVERVIEW:
As a multi-campus non-denominational church, we are looking for a Worship Leader to serve as
both a shepherd and organizer—equipping volunteers while managing the details necessary for
successful weekend, student ministry and special event services. The Worship Leader is
responsible for creating and supporting engaging worship experiences across all campuses by
providing musical leadership, service planning, volunteer coordination, and administrative
excellence. This role ensures every worship service is prepared with accuracy, consistency, and
excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Worship Service Planning (Weekend, Student & Special Events)
● Prepare necessary services for assigned campuses in Church Management system.
● Verify song details, arrangements, keys, service flow, clocks, and production notes.
● Verify resources including charts, tracks, vocal maps, MP3s, and service notes.
● Help introduce and implement new songs across campuses.
Worship Resources & Session Management
● Organize, create, and distribute rehearsal sessions and multitracks for campuses.
● Upload final sessions, MIDI files, Kemper profiles, and supporting materials.
● Ensure all rehearsal documentation and resources are complete and accessible.
Volunteer Communication
● Send weekly communications to band, vocal, and music director volunteers.
● Equip and develop volunteers with necessary resources for success by providing
advance rehearsal materials, service info, vocal assignments, and schedules.
System & Administrative Oversight
● Maintain planning documents, setlists, schedules, and workflows in Planning Center.
● Verify rehearsal resources, charts, MP3s, vocal assignments, and communications.
● Assist in building resources for new songs and ensure multi-campus consistency.
● Handle ministry requests, department purchasing, inventory, and meeting materials.
● Coordinate special worship events, staff chapels, and ministry initiatives.
Collaboration
● Partner with Worship Pastors, Music Directors, Production, and Worship Leaders on
song selection, arrangements, and service planning.
● Balance cross-campus consistency with specific campus needs.
● Attend team meetings, rehearsals, and planning sessions.
SCHEDULE:
● Office Time – Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm
● Service Times:
○ Saturday at call time (Frisco East only)
○ Sunday at call time (dependent on campus)
● Other Times (as needed)
○ Student services, Young Adult services, special events
YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU ARE:

● Experience leading worship in a church environment with strong vocal and instrumental
proficiency required.
● Preferably able to independently lead worship with acoustic guitar and/or strong
keyboard skills.
● Preferably a strong vocalist with the ability to identify, teach, and develop vocal
harmonies with volunteers.
● Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
● Self starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively when necessary.
● Have experience with Ableton Live, ProPresenter, multitrack session management,
project management tools, and Google Workspace preferred.
