Meet Dan

Dan is a creative and communication leader with two decades of experience in local church leadership, currently serving as Executive Creative Pastor at Connection Pointe Christian Church, where he oversees worship, communications, marketing, and creative staff development across multiple campuses. He brings the ability to see the big picture of an organization while still investing deeply in the people carrying it forward.

Dan has spent years developing a specific, deliberate skill set in listening and relational communication, and has a strong track record of coaching creatives through both their craft and their next season of ministry. He's skilled at creating content and leading training environments that help teams communicate and lead well.

He lives in Brownsburg, Indiana with his wife, Grace, and their children. Outside of ministry, Dan tackles home improvement projects, and stays active — and he believes the best growth happens in real conversations, not formulas.

Denise is the co-founder and co-leader of this work, bringing 25+ years of combined leadership across the church and marketplace to every conversation. She's a creative people and organizational leader with the ability to see the big picture while staying focused on developing the biggest resource any organization has: people. She currently serves on the executive leadership team at Connection Pointe Christian Church.

Denise has a strong skill set in people development and coaching, with a track record of successful strategic leadership — solving complex organizational problems and turning strategy and vision into action. She's also gifted at creating content and leading training and workshop environments that actually stick.

She lives in Brownsburg, Indiana with her husband Kevin. They have three children
