Bell Shoals Academy Worship Band Instructor
Are you passionate about worship, love working with students, and want to invest in the next generation of worship leaders? We are looking for a Worship Band Instructor who can lead both a band and vocalists while helping students grow in their musical abilities, leadership, and faith.
This is more than teaching music. It is an opportunity to disciple students, develop young leaders, and help shape the future of the Church by investing in the next generation of worship leaders, musicians, and vocalists.
We have two worship bands that meet daily (Monday- Friday), with two different levels of instruction:
- High School Worship Band: A more advanced group focused on developing musicianship, strengthening individual instruments, learning to lead, and training students to become future Music Directors (MDs).
- Beginner Worship Band: Designed for students who are newer to worship band. Students may have little or no experience working with a click, in-ear monitors, or playing in a band setting. This instructor will help build their confidence, musical skills, and understanding of how to serve as part of a worship team.
Schedule:
- Monday: 7:30–11:10 AM
- Tuesday–Friday: 7:30–10:40 AM
