The Marketing Coordinator is a dedicated member of the Bell Shoals Creative Team, serving as the primary creative and communications resource for Bell Shoals Academy.
As Bell Shoals Academy continues to grow, this role expands the Creative Team's support model by providing dedicated day-to-day marketing and creative support while maintaining a unified brand, consistent messaging, and established creative processes across Bell Shoals.
Working closely with Academy leadership, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing routine communication and creative initiatives, including content capture, social media management, website content updates, creative project coordination, and other day-to-day communication needs. This role also helps ensure Academy communications and creative assets consistently reflect the excellence, professionalism, and brand standards of Bell Shoals Academy.
Although embedded within the Academy's daily operations, the Marketing Coordinator remains a member of the Bell Shoals Creative Team and works under its leadership, creative direction, and brand oversight. The Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between Academy staff and the Creative Team—helping facilitate project requests, coordinate communication efforts, and connect Academy departments with the appropriate creative resources.
The Bell Shoals Creative Team continues to provide strategic marketing leadership, brand management, campaign development, creative direction, and support for major initiatives, while the Marketing Coordinator focuses on the Academy's ongoing operational marketing and communication needs.
