OVERVIEW
The Production Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for all production environments across Flatirons’ campuses, including audio, video, lighting, and weekend broadcast. This role ensures that every service and event reflects technical excellence, creative innovation, and a distraction free experience that helps people connect with Jesus.
This role also provides oversight of contractors and volunteers within the production realm, stewarding resources wisely and ensuring that production standards are upheld in every environment, from small campus gatherings to broadcast services reaching thousands.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Committed follower of Christ who understands Flatirons philosophy.
· 10+ years experience in professional production role, formal education, and/or related experience.
· Experience in musical touring, broadcast or performance arts preferred.
· Comprehensive understanding of pre, post, and live production.
· Comprehensive understanding of audio, video and lighting, as well as technical language and techniques.
· Proven leadership skill within engineering/technical environments and teams.
· Ability to cast team vision and create cohesion.
· High degree of detailed organization and efficient project management
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Work alongside Worship Director, Creative Programming Director and Creative Director to coordinate and implement vision for weekend service.
· Oversee all audio, video, lighting and broadcast staff and contractors across all campuses.
· Develop unified vision for team and define roles clearly within that vision.
· Create and manage multiple budgets or oversee the creation of budgets for individual teams within Production.
· Balance staff coverage for all campuses to ensure appropriate level of production support for weekend and non-weekend events.
· Work closely with other ministry team leads to ensure high level of production value for all.
