The Technical Director (TD) for the Loveland Campus plays a vital role in shaping and executing excellent, distraction-free worship services that support the mission and ministry of Foundations Church. As part of the Production Team, this leader oversees and strengthens all onsite AVL systems in alignment with Foundations’ creative and technical vision—creating environments where technology supports worship, communication is clear, and ministry moments can happen without distraction.
This role also provides leadership for production volunteers, system upkeep, special events, and ongoing technical planning, helping volunteers grow in both skill and confidence while maintaining excellence across all campus environments. Approximately 70–75% of the role focuses on weekend production leadership, AVL systems management, and volunteer development, with 25–30% devoted to events, staff support, and infrastructure planning.
More than managing equipment, this is a leadership role focused on equipping people, supporting ministry environments, and helping create worship experiences where people can fully engage without distraction. The Loveland Technical Director ensures that Production functions not simply as technical support, but as an integrated ministry that strengthens the worship and discipleship experience of the church.
