Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Part-Time OR Full-Time Worship Leader to inspire and lead our congregation in authentic, heartfelt worship experiences. This vital role involves guiding musical and spiritual expressions that foster a welcoming environment for all attendees. The Worship Leader will cultivate a vibrant worship culture, develop team members, and ensure that every service reflects the heart of our community’s faith journey. Duties

Plan and coordinate engaging worship services through Planning Center
Lead musical worship sessions with enthusiasm, ensuring an atmosphere of reverence and joy
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of musicians, vocalists, and technical volunteers to foster growth and excellence
Collaborate with pastoral staff to integrate worship into overall church programming and special events
Foster a welcoming environment by encouraging participation from diverse age groups and backgrounds
Oversee the selection of music repertoire that enhances the message
Communicate effectively with team members to prepare for weekly services, rehearsals, and special occasions

Experience

Proven experience leading worship in a gospel-centered church or faith-based setting with demonstrated musical proficiency
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members of varying skill levels
Excellent communication skills to articulate vision, provide constructive feedback, and foster teamwork
Ability to adapt quickly to different worship styles while maintaining a cohesive service flow
Experience working collaboratively with pastoral staff and volunteers to create meaningful worship experiences
