Real room to teach and lead. You will have the freedom to build and expand the youth ministry, teach and preach to students, invest in relationships with leaders, students, and families, and multiply your impact through volunteer and student leaders. A team around you. You will report to the Family Pastor and serve on the Family Ministry Team. You will also hire a person to join the youth team and serve under your leadership. Teamwork, coaching, development, and alignment are part of how we lead. A clear philosophy: Faith at Home. We believe parents are their child’s primary disciple-maker. Our Family Milestones path gives you a framework for partnering with parents in the intentional, age-appropriate discipleship of their child. See the sermon series for this at Dallas Bible.
