Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, humility, and integrity. Willingness to serve with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the congregation and ministry. Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Compassionate, courteous, and professional communication with church members and visitors. Commitment to discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
