Warehouse Cleaner – Night Shift

Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
About the Opportunity
Join Church & Dwight at our Harrisonville, MO facility! We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. This position plays an important role in keeping our warehouse and facility operating efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean, neat, and organized.
- Maintain FDA sanitation standards on production lines, including cleaning and painting as needed.
- Operate material handling equipment and a Zamboni floor-cleaning machine.
- Maintain clean floors throughout the warehouse.
- Clean exterior loading docks monthly.
- Follow instructions and maintain regular, dependable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3–6 months of experience in a distribution center environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills and effective time management.
- Ability to follow directions and work under pressure.
- Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
