The Campus Worship Leader is more than just a vocalist or musician - they’re a shepherd who is as passionate about discipleship as they are about musical excellence. Throughout the week they will work with the Campus Pastor to strategize how best to lead their campus in a culture of worship. They will work closely with ACF’s Worship Director to maintain ACF Worship Team culture, vision, systems, and processes - creating a culture a unity and ministry dependability across multiple ACF locations.
This role exists to disciple and develop worship teams who are just as passionate about leading people to Jesus as they are about musical excellence - cultivating an authentic, Christ-centered worship culture, committed to worship and to ministry.

Professional Qualifications
• 1.5+ years of staff worship leadership experience. Experience working in a high level touring environment, theater, or equivalent church ministry experience preferred.
• Leadership skills (including the ability to recruit and develop) is essential
• A vision forward, creative self motivated leader with a strong work ethic commitment to excellence
• A high level of vocal proficiency is essential
• Musical talent may include, but is not limited to: instrumental proficiency, songwriting, vocal ability, the capacity to coach harmonies, and the skill to lead a band with confidence and clarity.
• Excellent communication skills on and off the stage
• Strong administrative and organization skills
• Basic working understanding of music theory
• Basic abilities in DAW (Ableton, ProTools, Logic, etc.)
• Working knowledge of project management and church planning tools, such as: Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Planning Center Online, WhatsApp, MxU Teams, etc)
• Comfortable in demanding, fast paced, high production value environments
• Team player, “can do” attitude, quick to “own mistakes”, and willing to make last minute adjustments and build systems that allow for flexibility.
Primary Responsibilities
• High degree of judgment and discretion as a representative of ACF Church

• Assist in establishing and maintaining the excellence and culture of the campus environment
• Proactively communicate, support and fulfill the mission, vision, core values and goals of ACF Church
• Lead worship services weekly. Including, but not limited to: leading rehearsals and service run-throughs, debriefing weekends, and providing/receiving feedback
• Oversee all worship experiences that happen at their respective campus
• Regular COVER, development, and scheduling of production serve team members
• Develop, build, and guard worship culture at the campus
• Assist in establishing and maintaining the excellence and culture of the campus environment
• Spot, recruit, onboard, and develop worship serve team members, staff, and contractors
• Be available for leading, planning, and participating in special events
• Available for campus pastoral ministry and other ministry opportunities as needed
• Attend All-Staff campus meetings and functions, Worship Arts department meetings, and regular one-on-ones with supervisor and Worship Director.
• Maintain Campus Planning Center, update charts, MP3’s, lyrics, recordings, tracks rigs, backline equipment, scheduling of musicians, weekly communication, etc.
• Work closely with Campus Production Manager to ensure the preparation and execution of rehearsals, weekend services, and special events at campus.
• Work Closely with Campus Pastor and Worship Director in assisting with the planning, maintaining, and creation of campus Worship and Production operating budgets.
• Work closely with Experience Director, Worship Director, and Production Director - in the planning, creating, and maintaining of ACF Worship Arts global constants - systems, processes, and standards of excellence
• Be an active participant in strategic planning associated with ministry growth and expansion projects as it pertains to the ACF Worship Arts ministries.
• Other duties as assigned by Campus Pastor and Worship Director
Time Commitment
• Position status: Part Time non-exempt – 15 hours per week
• Work days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday
