General Educational Requirements:- Associate's degree or higher preferred, but not required
General Expectations:- Accomplish job description duties and additional duties as assigned
- Submit to all Core Values
- Submit to all Servant Leadership Values
- Have actively served in the Dream Team for at least 12 months (New Harvested exempted)
- Pass background screening process
- Execute an NDA, Confidentiality & Non-Compete Agreement
- Submit to the Employee Manual
General Skills Necessary:- Highly motivated to succeed with a "whatever it takes" work ethic
- Exceptional organizational skills, administrative skills, communication skills and multi-tasking skills
- A fast learner, energetic and ambitious to see Harvest's vision manifested
- Detail-oriented and has a passion for excellence
- Personable, professional, responsible, mature and discreet
General Spiritual Requirements:- Be a Christian for at least two years
- Be or will become a faithful, tithing Harvester
- If the head of household, lead their families according to 1 Timothy 3:4-5 - "One who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?)
General Training Requirements:- Successfully complete The Apprenticeship: School of Servant Leadership
- Employee Orientation
