Basic Purpose

The Satellite Facility Director supports the mission of Aspire Church by ensuring church property, facilities, and grounds are prepared, maintained, and operated in a safe, welcoming, and excellent manner. This position provides leadership for facility operations, campus logistics, and event readiness to support worship gatherings, ministry activities, and community use of the campus.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Stewardship
- Manage day-to-day operations of Aspire Church Satellite facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and preventative care.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors.
- Identify and report major maintenance or capital improvement needs.
- Ensure proper stewardship of church property and resources.
Parking, Campus Flow & Event Readiness
- Develop and implement parking lot operations plans.
- Recruit, train, and schedule parking volunteers or staff.
- Ensure parking areas are clearly marked, lit, and prepared.
- Coordinate traffic flow, pedestrian safety, and accessibility.
- Prepare facilities and grounds for services, events, and gatherings.
- Adjust campus flow strategies as needed.
Team Leadership & Ministry Support
- Supervise facility staff, contractors, and volunteers.
- Coordinate facility requests and scheduling across ministries.
- Partner with ministry leaders and the VIP Team.
- Maintain communication with TPSM and campus partners.
- Support church-wide initiatives and Ministry Support Team needs.
Other Responsibilities
- Attend appropriate meetings as required.
- Support church-wide events and ministry initiatives as needed.
- Participate in staff development and discipleship activities.

Education & Experience
What type and level of training, experience and/or certifications are required to perform this job
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in facilities management or operations preferred.
- Experience supervising staff or volunteers preferred.
- Familiarity with church or nonprofit environments desirable.
