Trinity Lutheran Church is accepting applications for the part-time hourly position of church secretary. This position is responsible for the clerical and general secretarial functions of the church. Applicants will utilize current office technology for church business, and act proactively to ensure administrative needs are met. Applicants will be expected to provide a welcoming environment for visitors and maintain the utmost confidentiality in all situations. The applicant must demonstrate high moral character reflective of Trinity Lutheran Church and professionally represent Trinity by demonstrating a commitment to our Church, its worshippers, and the community in all endeavors of the position. Clerical duties will include typing, filing, organizing all administrative church records, minutes, memos, and correspondence including preparing bulletins, newsletters, church calendars, and church website postings.
