Video Production
- Lead a team to produce creative and compelling video content for worship services, social media, and the church website.
- Coordinate with the Senior Pastor to prioritize video projects that tell stories, encourage discipleship, and invite people to connect.
- Record, edit, and upload weekly sermons and additional content as needed.
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and disciple volunteers across the Worship, Production, and Video teams.
- Develop and coach team leaders, encouraging both spiritual and technical growth.
- Plan and lead team-building events and worship team socials.
- Take team members to relevant conferences and training opportunities.
Administrative & Strategic Leadership
- Maintain and manage licensing and usage rights (CCLI, Church Streaming, etc.).
- Create song slides, sermon visuals, and all necessary digital assets for services.
- Manage budgets for Worship and Production, ensuring excellent stewardship.
- Collaborate with the Worship Planning Team and Senior Pastor on long-term goals and seasonal service planning.
Personal Expectations
- Live a life of spiritual integrity with Christ as your foundation, your family as your priority, and ministry as your calling.
- Practice daily spiritual disciplines, including time in God’s Word and prayer.
- View every aspect of this role as a missional opportunity to reach the lost and inspire believers.
- Be a team player who loves people, thrives in collaboration, and values excellence.
Meetings & Collaboration
- Weekly planning meetings with the Senior Pastor.
- Bi-weekly staff meetings for collaboration and vision alignment.
- Monthly Worship Planning Team meetings to coordinate worship initiatives and evaluate services.
- Regular one-on-one check-ins with team members for encouragement and leadership development.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be a passionate worshiper and skilled musician with the ability to lead others musically and spiritually.
- Have technical proficiency with AVL equipment and software (ProPresenter, Planning Center, DAWs, live streaming platforms).
- Be an excellent communicator and relational leader who values team health and personal discipleship.
- Bring a creative vision for using worship, media, and technology to reach the next generation.
A Growing Opportunity:
This role will grow and evolve as our ministry expands. Annual evaluations will provide a space for vision casting, feedback, and refining the role.
