The Worship Pastor provides spiritual, creative, and technical leadership for the worship life of our church. This role exists to help people engage God fully through worship by integrating music, creative arts, and technology in a way that aligns with our vision, values, and theological convictions.

What You’ll Do
Plan, lead, and execute worship services that are engaging, Christ-centered, and theologically grounded.
Select and prepare music and creative elements that support the message and direction of each service.
Lead worship rehearsals that cultivate excellence, unity, and spiritual growth.
Inspire and empower worship leaders, musicians, and vocalists to use their gifts with confidence and humility.
Shape the Creative & Technical Experience
Oversee audio, video, lighting, and livestream systems to ensure distraction-free worship environments.
Recruit, train, and pastor volunteer tech teams, emphasizing both excellence and discipleship.
Collaborate with staff to support in-service media needs such as slides, videos, and recordings.
Dream, plan, and recommend technical improvements that help us reach people more effectively.
Bring Creative Vision to Life
Lead and coordinate creative arts elements including visual arts, stage design, and multimedia.
Collaborate with artists, designers, and creatives to develop meaningful, immersive worship experiences.
Create thematic and visual elements that align with sermon series, seasons, and special events.
Build and Develop Teams
Recruit, train, mentor, and disciple worship, creative, technical, and prayer team members.
Create a culture of unity, trust, accountability, and encouragement.
Organize training opportunities that help teams grow in skill, creativity, and spiritual maturity.
Partner in Ministry Leadership
Work closely with the Lead Pastor and ministry leaders to align worship with the church’s mission and vision.
Help plan and lead special services, events, and outreach opportunities that leverage creative arts.
Manage ministry budgets, schedules, and planning timelines with excellence and stewardship.

Education
