Are you a gifted vocalist who also excels at leading a band of talented volunteer musicians and running a rehearsal?
We are looking for campus worship pastors at three of our campuses: Aurora, Huntley, and Joliet. As part of the one-church Creative Arts Team, the worship pastor will enjoy the collaborative creative process for the weekly worship service design for our six campuses. After the planning process is complete, they will take that collaborative plan back to their campus where they serve as the worship leader and shepherd of the amazing team of volunteers serving alongside them in the campus creative arts ministry.
This individual must be gifted with excellent musical and technical skills, as they will be instrumental in preparing the hearts of the people to worship each week. And through heartfelt worship, they will also help prepare hearts to receive the teaching of God’s Word. Our ideal candidate will be proficient at leading worship, as well as leading the band, running the rehearsal, and directing the platform team at the campus from rehearsal through the weekend worship services.
