One who oversees and leads the musical aspects of worship services. Responsibilities include selecting and arranging worship songs, demonstrating confident ability to lead and develop a band, rehearsing with the worship team, coordinating audio/visual elements, and fostering a spiritually authentic and engaging worship environment. This position will work closely with pastors and other ministry leaders to support the overall mission of the church, encourage congregational participation, and mentor volunteers in musical and spiritual development.
