Description
Position Summary:
The Production Audio Support role provides critical support for audio and production needs during mid-week and Sunday corporate encounters. This position is responsible for managing broadcast audio, capturing and multi-tracking worship stems, post-production for media assets, and organizing audio file storage systems. The role serves under the Fort Worth Production Director and requires experience in live worship environments with strong technical and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support mid-week corporate encounters with broadcast audio and other production needs.
• Capture and multi-track audio stems for worship moments.
• Conduct post-production editing and preparation of media assets.
• Manage and maintain the storage system for audio files.
• Fulfill tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Fort Worth Production Director.
• Serve on Sundays as part of the production team.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
• General knowledge of AVL technology, including DAWs, Dante, Waves, DiGiCo, Allen & Heath, ATEM, ProPresenter, and Blackmagic.
• Proficient in audio routing systems.
• 1-2 years of audio mixing experience required.
• Experience working in live worship environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on assigned tasks.
• Familiarity with communication and organizational tools such as Notion, Slack, and Planning Center Online (PCO).
